General Announcements

ATTN SENIORS: Diploma Name Verification Needed

Now is the time for a FINAL verification that your name is written and spelled how you desire it to be on your diploma for graduation. Please stop in the Counseling Office and confirm your name with Mrs. Ferguson. Deadline to confirm your name for your diploma is February 1, 2023.

Seniors! Another Gentle Reminder:  if you need transcripts sent for admission or scholarship purposes, you MUST request one IN PERSON in the Counseling Office and it should be done in a timely manner.  Please do not email a request.  Waiting until the last minute will not guarantee it arrives by a deadline.

Two weeks is a general rule of thumb when requesting transcripts for admission or scholarship deadlines

Also, Letters of Recommendation requests to staff or counselors should be asked for at least a month in advance of a scholarship deadline. Asking for these letters in advance not only helps your time management but shows a consideration of others' time when composing a letter on your behalf.

Students:  please read your Remind messages often.  Counselors send important messages and links for appointments for registrations or confidential test score meetings.  Please follow instructions.
