9th Grade Students

•  Back to School forms must be submitted by Tuesday, August 12 for students to receive their assigned Chromebooks on Wednesday, August 13 at Freshman Orientation

• If forms are submitted on or after August 13, Chromebooks may be checked out starting Friday, August 15.

• A completed Free/Reduced Lunch form must be returned on Friday, August 15 in order to receive a Chromebook password. This form will be sent home on Thursday, August 14.

10th–12th Grade Students

• Back-to-School forms must be submitted by Wednesday, August 13 for students to receive their Chromebooks on Friday, August 15.

• If forms are submitted on or after August 14, Chromebooks may be checked out starting Monday, August 18.

• Students must also return a completed Free/Reduced Lunch form in order to receive chromebook & password on Friday, August 15. This form will be sent home on Thursday, August 14.

Click the ParentSquare image below to complete the SHS Parking Pass Form. Any Junior or Senior student driving to school and parking in the parking lot to the west of SHS must complete a parking pass in order to receive their parking permit. 

Important: The form can only be submitted once, so please include all vehicles the student may drive during the school year.
