On Tuesday, August 12th, SHS will be hosting a series of informational meetings followed by an Open House. The informational meetings will be held in the auditorium and the structured Open House will be held in the commons area.
At 5:30 PM, there will be a general parent/student informational meeting regarding policy and procedure changes, essential forms, as well as other relevant information. Everyone is encouraged to attend.
At 6:15 PM, there will be a WNCC meeting for all students registered for dual-credit courses to review policy and expectations. Parents please attend with your student.
At 7:00 PM, we will host an Advanced Placement (AP) meeting for all students taking AP courses. Parents please attend with your student.
In addition to these meetings, parents and students will have an opportunity to participate in a structured Open House beginning at 6:15 pm. Parents/guardians will have an opportunity to sign up for Infinite Campus Portal log-ins, enroll in the Device Repair Incentive Program, sign up for the SHS Parent Advisory Committee, purchase an activities pass and receive assistance in filling out necessary paperwork using the ParentSquare platform. Students and parents/guardians will be able to visit classrooms, meet teachers, and explore our wide variety of clubs and organization tables which will be set up in the commons.
