Click the register now button below to complete SHS Back to School Forms for the 2023-2024 school year. Each student attending SHS must complete each section for the current school year.

When registering, please make sure that the electronic signatures are in the correct boxes. Parent signatures are typed in the parent/guardian box and student signatures are typed in the student box. If signatures are incorrect, the forms will be returned to the parent's email for correction before a chromebook will be checked out to the student.

The Parking Pass Program is for students in grade 11 and grade 12 who will be driving to school. Click the register now button below to complete the parking pass program. Each 11th and 12th grade student that drives to school must complete this program in order to receive their SHS parking pass.
