Back to School Forms Information

Freshmen student forms must be completed by midnight on Tuesday, August 13 in order to receive chromebook on Wednesday, August 14. If student does not receive chromebook at Freshmen Orientation, they will complete the checkout process on Friday, August 16. Students will receive Free and Reduced Lunch form on August 15 and must return the form on August 16 in order to receive chromebook password. Every student is required to complete and return a paper copy of the F&R lunch application. If the Free and Reduced Lunch Application is completed via Infinite Campus, please make that selection on the paper copy of the F&R form and return the paper copy.  

10-12 student forms must be completed by Wednesday, August 14 in order to receive chromebook on Friday, August 16. Students will receive Free and Reduced Lunch form on August 15 and must return the form on August 16 in order to receive chromebook and password. Parking Pass Form Information
