What is ParentSquare?
ParentSquare is an easy to use communication tool that combines multiple communication streams into one interface for families and staff. ParnetSquare provides a simple and safe way for everyone at school to connect.
Parents/Guardians listed in Infinite Campus for students are automatically opted into ParentSquare for all classes your student attends at SHS. It is important to always keep your phone number and email address updated with the SHS office.
Here's what you can do with ParentSquare
- Receive information from the district and school via email, text, phone call, or mobile app notification
- Two-way messaging with translation between staff and families
- Parents/Guardians can choose to receive information instantly when it's sent out or all at once in one message at 6 pm daily
- Parents/Guardians can choose a preferred language for communication
- The ParentSquare app and website resemble social media and enable families to communicate directly with their school with comments, direct messaging, “appreciations” (likes), and more.
